Q10: Is my bike eligible for regional aid?
Yes, most of our electric bike models are eligible for regional or local aid, which can be up to €400* depending on your place of residence and the conditions set by your region or community. Important: The aid application must be made by the customer, after purchasing and receiving the bike, directly to the competent body in their region (e.g.: regional or city council website). The amount of aid varies according to the region and eligibility criteria (income, type of bike, etc.). We invite you to consult your region's website or your city council to find out the exact amount and procedures.
