Compliance with European regulations

All electric bikes offered on NOVA BIKES are compliant with current European regulations.
The assistance speed is systematically limited to 25 km/h, in accordance with applicable legislation.
They can therefore be used without specific registration or insurance and are permitted on cycle paths, unless otherwise indicated by local legislation.

Any technical modification or derestriction of the bike is the sole responsibility of the user and may void the manufacturer's warranty.
